This 3,400 square foot Northstar ski home, designed by Tahoe architect Ryan Borman, is set into an upsloping hillside with butterfly roofs engineered for the Sierra snowpack. The entry level holds utility spaces and a media room, while a glass stair volume ascends to the main floor, where guest suites, the primary suite, and open living areas stretch across the full acre site. Terraces at the rear provide direct access to the property, while broad front terraces open the living spaces to expansive views of Martis Valley and the Sierra Crest. Glass bridges link distinct wings of the home, clad in durable concrete, metal, and wood. With a pass through kitchen window, outdoor dining terrace, and in ground spa, the design merges year round living with a strong connection to Tahoe’s alpine setting.
Construction begins May 2026.
