SYCAMORE STREET
San Francisco, CA | 6,635 Sqft | Luxury Condo Building in Mission District, San Francisco
In San Francisco’s Mission District, architect Ryan Borman, in a design-build collaboration with Dawson & Clinton GC, reimagined a condo building through an extensive remodel and addition just steps from Valencia Street. The two luxury condominiums feature a floating white oak staircase framed by a steel and frosted glass screen, with interiors defined by wide plank white oak chevron floors set against milky white concrete borders. Roof terraces provide panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline, while a bamboo pocket garden and tiered greenwall lightwell screen bring light and greenery deep into the living spaces. Fumed white oak paneling, Boffi kitchens, and bathrooms detailed in marble slabs and stainless steel panels create a refined modern home designed for both urban living and architectural sophistication.
